We are recording this for Yajnesh. He has been an acquaintance and a friend for over 3 years. We have used him for one investment property closing. He guided us through that process. He has also been a sounding board for number of other ideas for our existing properties. We had really positive experience working with Yajnesh. If I should say the top 3 things for Yajnesh, first would be just his promptness and responsiveness. He responds really quickly to messages. I personally follow a 24 hr rule for responding to people but Yajnesh probably has a 5 or 10 min rule. You get a very fast response to call, texts, emails which is very critical when you are anxious about your deals or your house. Second would be just his Honesty. There is a lot in the real estate brokerage which is based on trust and I have seen over the years that he is very honest about his opinions and how he deals with you. And third would be his knowledge. He has been a sounding board for us in our last investment. Whenever we had any questions we used him to get his ideas if the investment made sense and what he would think about it. Even with my past real estate experience, having someone like Yajnesh, available, has been helpful. Overall he can be your trusted advisor. He will not fail you. We are very happy with Yajnesh over all.
