I would like to share our experience of buying a house with Yajnesh Rai as our agent. Yajnesh was quite professional and very helpful at various steps starting from showing many houses, preparing and negotiating the offers and giving information about several mortgage brokers and helping us communicate with the sellers. Overall he was very helpful at many steps. The fact that this was our first house, the help he provided was quite needed and very useful.
