Hi, myself Vibha and he is my husband Pramod. We recently moved in to our new house. Being the first time home buyers we thought it would be a very long and tiring process but here we are sitting to our new house within a just three months and a big thanks goes to Yajnesh. Since we both are working, he was very flexible with us taking our late evening calls, answering them very patiently. So we really would like to thank him for that as well. And I would also like to add – normally what Realtors do. They do the house hunting for the people and get those to sign the deal. Once the deal is done their work is over. For us he was on top of each and every inch not only did all the house hunting and the documentation work for us. But also taught us about the real estate market. What to look for and what not to look for how to bid not to over bid how to negotiate, what to negotiate and what to negotiate about what all to put it there in your contract so it was like very very good and awesome experience.
