This is Sudhakara Peram. I recently bought a house. My real estate agent was Yajnesh Rai. He was referred by my close friends and I had an initial consultation with him. We spent about hour and half discussing real estate stuff, houses and locality areas and what I need to do. He was good at explaining to whom don’t know anything about real estate how it works in the USA. After that I started working with him. It was very pleasant experience working with him and he is very detail oriented and knowledgeable person about the real estate as well the localities. He is very patient in explaining all the question which I had. It was good working with him and since I started working him I found him he is good. I referred him to my friends and he also started working him. We both close the house at the same time and my friend referred to another one of his friend. He also started working with him and also close the house. It was good working with him and while working with him what I understood was he builds the rapport with anyone very quick. And that helped me and my friends in closing the deal that was good as I said he is very knowledgeable person about all the stuffs real estate and considering real estate and in Bay Area. So I strongly would recommend him to my other friends who are looking to buy house and whenever I get a chance to refer him I will do. Thank you bye.
