Hi guys I am Yash. I got my house today and I am really very excited to get the house. Yajnesh helped me a lot in finding this place. I started looking for a place in March and when I was looking independently I couldn’t find one on my own because there were lots of questions as a first time buyer which I couldn’t get answered on my own even though googling did help. So I started looking for agents I went from one agent to another and had lots of issues; some people were not available and some people not interested in the budget I had. Some people were not able to answer lot of questions which I had. I am kind of guy who questions a lot sometimes. So that time I went to colleague of mine who introduced me to Yajnesh and he had recently closed the deal with him. So he said that this guy is pretty cool just try him. I met with this guy; sat down; worked on how we will approach the first time home buyer. It was like you are going on a mission and he is getting you ready for that. Which was really awesome about working with him. I had questions late in the night he was there to answer the questions every time I had those as a first time home buyer. Working with him was super great and hope you guys also like Yajnesh and I hope to work with him also in future.
