Hi, my name is Mrunal and this is my husband Kunal. We are here to talk about a very special event that happened in our life. Yeah, so I think as she mentioned, we got the referral from one of our friends and the great thing or the great experience that we had is having the consultation. And he has given good number of houses. He has shown a good number of houses to us and that has been amazing. They have always been on the phone whenever we had a requirement. So that is the other great thing about them. Every time we have been to the property they have always given us a good review about what is good with the property versus what is not and if it is not, how bad it is or what are his thoughts based on his experience. I think that has been like amazing help for us when we were buying the house. That is one. Then finally I would say when we got the house that we actually loved, I think he was able to help us a lot with respect to all the financial aspect and help us and all the challenges.

All the challenges, yes, that came about which was like we love the house but we only had 21 days to close it and he helped us figure out the right loan partner. He helped us figure out all the nitty-gritties of so many pages of contract and Sangeeta was like, the one who was roaming around with us, with our parents, which was amazing.
